    I recently underwent a routine blood test, and the overall experience was smooth and efficient.  The appointment process was straightforward, with clear instructions of Pankaj sir was provided beforehand regarding fasting requirements and preparation. Upon arrival, the check-in procedure was quick, and the staff maintained a professional and welcoming attitude. The phlebotomist demonstrated excellent skill and care during the blood draw. The procedure was almost painless, with minimal discomfort, and proper hygiene protocols were followed throughout
