    Had a really good experience with their home sample collection. The person arrived on time, and when I was a little busy, he patiently waited for me instead of rushing. He was very polite, cooperative, and spoke very respectfully. He also listened properly and made the whole process feel comfortable and hassle-free. It honestly felt more like dealing with someone familiar than a typical lab service. Really appreciate the care and service!
